We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our office in Grove City, OH.


The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform general office administration functions as directed including but not limited to scheduling shipments, ordering office supplies, answering & directing phone calls, organizing mail and greeting visitors
  • Assist with bank deposits and other occasional out-of-office deliveries or pick-ups
  • Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • Completing project-specific warranties, insurance certificates and WSIB clearance certificates
  • Completing LEED documentation and other project-related documentation
  • Preparing and processing contracts, change orders, payment certificates and other documentation
  • Processing contract close-outs
  • Preparing various reports and other correspondence relating to areas of responsibility
  • Assist in collections activity and monitoring accounts receivable
  • Review vendor statements and ensure payables are tracked
  • Assist with Supplier Pre-Qualifications and Customer Credit Applications

What You'll Bring:

  • Successful completion of a University Degree or College Diploma
  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
  • A valid state driver's license with access to a vehicle
