During tourism peak season and Hall of Fame Enshrinement Week powered by Johnson Controls, there are many seasonal positions available with the HOF Team in the areas of:

* Retail Sales

* Retail Warehouse

* Guest Services and Box Office Ticketing

* Museum Attractions

* Grounds Operations Crew

Our peak season runs from May 15 - August 15th. Candidates may indicate shift availability on the application, but only applicants who can commit during the entire season will be considered. More information is listed on the application about our seasonal position requirements.

**A HOF Guest Services & Box Office Ticketing Associate** Greets and directs all guests and visitors as first contact of the Museum. Registers tickets for admissions and events and provides museum materials for guests. Assists all incoming front desk deliveries, vendors, and business guests with direction. Answers HOF guest services desk phone to with resourceful knowledge of museum operations and inner departmental forwarding. Operates ticket generations through a computer system with detail and technical capability. Exchanges cash and credit transactions with accuracy. Uses computer technology and applications for ticket management.

This associate will be a highly enthusiastic and engaging greeter of HOF guests and staff with a servant and professional demeaner to all. Must be able to demonstrate good listening skills and patience. Must be flexible yet able to focus with a "people first" approach.

This position requires physical activities that require sitting or standing for long periods of time. Minimal lifting, carrying is required. Ticketing computer technology will be used.

**Seasonal Wages** All seasonal positions will begin at minimum wage.
